The Pet Academy was set up in 2019 to help provide education to pet professionals and pet owners in the UK. We believe better education means better care for animals. The Pet Academy was founded to give pet owners and professionals access to practical, high-quality education that they can use in the real world. Because when something goes wrong, knowing what to do can make all the difference. We aim to help up-skill and improve the knowledge and qualifications of pet professionals, enabling them to give pets in their care a higher standard of care and welfare. The Pet Academy now offers different Pet First Aid course options. these range from a short pet owner course to Level 2 and Level 3 courses endorsed by TQUK and OFQUAL regulated body. We also offer other animal based online courses which are available to take in your own time. In 2023, we launched a ‘Host your own’ package allowing kennels, catteries and other venues to host a pet first aid course. this means we are able to come to your venue and teach.
